You may request a refund under the following conditions:

• The item arrived broken or damaged
• Your order did not arrive within 15 business days from the shipping date
• You made your request within 30 days of receiving the item

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Returns requested after the 30-day window
• Orders delivered within the 15-day time frame

💳 How Refunds Work

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

📦 Exchanges & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, we can offer a free replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Please include a photo of the damaged item when you contact us.
